Insurance Plan Participation

We participate in all major insurance plans. Because this list does change, please verify that we accept your insurance plan by calling our office at (248) 353-0882.

Insurance Verification

All patients are required to bring their insurance card with them to every appointment. Patients who do not have their identification and insurance card may be required to pay-in-full at the time of service. In addition, laboratory tests, in-office services and referral authorization may be deferred until your current benefits can be verified.

Co-Pays/Claim Submission

All co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will submit claims to your insurance company for services that are rendered.

Hospital Affiliation

Dr. Godoshian is on staff at multiple Detroit area hospitals. Since Dr. Godoshian only sees patients in the office, he has specifically chosen Internal Medicine hospital doctors to provide the primary hospital care.

All sub-specialists that are consulted will be those Dr. Godoshian has identified. Patient medical information is forwarded to the office on all hospitalized patients.
