Important Information

 

Insurance Verification

All patients are required to bring their insurance card with them to every appointment. Patients who do not have their identification and insurance card may be required to pay-in-full at the time of service. In addition, laboratory tests, in-office services and referral authorization may be deferred until your current benefits can be verified.

 

Co-Pays/Claim Submission

All co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will submit claims to your insurance company for services that are rendered.

Dr. Godoshian lives with his wife and 4 children in Grosse Pointe.  His interests outside of medicine include spending time with his family, being actively involved in his children's activities and participating in recreational sports and traveling.

​

His medical degree is from Wayne State University (WSU).  While enrolled at WSU he spent time in other cities for enrichment of his medical education.  This included studies in Traverse City, Michigan; Chicago, Illinois and London, England.
